Good, central terminal location. Clearly marked vegan menu. Keep in mind this is EXTREMELY expensive - I paid $37 for a sandwich and a beer.

Do yourself a favour if at all possible and eat before you get to the airport. The food was fine, but I paid more for it than I would have in Australia. The are much better food options in the city for a fraction of the price

I walked all around the airport (international flights) and Cravings had the most vegan options. Across from Gate A 12 Addis Ababa airport.

I flew Ethiopian and they didn’t have any vegan or vegetarian options on board, so I was very hungry. It was very nice to find this place at the airport, so I could get some tasty and descent food before the next flight.

Thank you for the warning, Abivi. I was, I think, able to avoid hazards here. Nice to have an option at the airport. This is new since previous visit to Bole. Still, the identified vegan choice is the Nachos, so I had to have them modified down to, basically, just the chips. But it is nice to get out of the airport hullabaloo.

The vegan menu is not actually vegan!!! They didn't had the vegan burger and the nachos also had cream in it. You need to be very clear when you order because not everybody will know what you mean by vegan.
