Eclectic Cafe - Edit
This eccentric cafe and restaurant is up some steep steps in the touristy town of Shuinandong. Inside is funky yet cramped and dim, with many nic nacs around. The menu is on an ipad, it is in Chinese but has pictures. Unfortunately there are no non-dairy alternatives to the cheese and milk, so that rules out most drinks and the pizza for vegans. I had noodle and wonton soup, which was nice, and a vegetarian pattie that tasted too 'meaty' for my liking, it also came with sour cream despite me telling them that I didn't want dairy. Be clear with the staff if you want a pure vegan meal, as they may misunderstand. They have live music in the evening sometimes which you could check out.
