Love Acai Bros, but not all vegan

Absolutely loved my peanut butter bowl, and all the food I've had here is great, but I don't understand why this company keeps being referred to as all vegan when it's not. I went to another store and they served me cow's milk, and this one had cookies with m&ms and other flavours on the counter with a sign saying "cookies, not vegan". Don't get me wrong, I love their food, but their vibe is confusing as a vegan consumer. Is this a company that has vegan values or not?

Pros: Mostly vegan, Delicious! , Lots of choice

Cons: Not all vegan, confusing

not just açai

I don’t mind an açai bowl but it’s not usually my first pick. Luckily this place also makes smoothies, toasties, hot dogs, nachos, and tacos. My husband and I ordered a couple of toasties - the pesto one and Philly cheesesteak - and a PB smoothie. I would have ordered the Reuben but didn’t like the idea of falafel replacing pastrami as the protein. My toastie had Fable’s mushroom mock, which worked pretty well. The fillings were a little sparse and overall the toastie was a bit dry. Liked that you could choose a small or large size. We had the small ones that were a good size for lunch without leaving you sleepy in the afternoon. Good option on the coast and right opposite the beach. Staff were really friendly on the day we went.

Love this place!

I come here quite a bit and it’s so good! I like to mix it up between açai bowls and toasties, and the smoothies are delicious! I would say it’s 99% vegan as they do offer ‘bee pollen’ on their menu. There is minimal indoor seating and 4 outdoor tables, but you’re close enough to take your food and sit on the beach! Great place, would recommend if in the area

Healthy, light meals

The service was friendly - we ordered two different toasties and when they made two of the same toasties by mistake, the staff made a new one and allowed us to keep the additional toastie.

The smoothies were delicious also.
