A couple of vegan options including pizza and minestrone soup. Vegan cheese on the pizza.

Great choices - Edit
Was surprised to see so many vegan options at a food court style Cafe. Menu changes often but they have 2-3 vegan fast food options like mushroom tart or vegan sausage roll, plus souls and pasta and baked veg, us fruit salad and normal salad, really good choices
