Confused - Edit
I was a bit confused about their set up. I think it is neat that they are attached to a bookstore, but they had almost nothing to eat at their little food case when I visited. I was sad because I was hoping for more of a high tea experience or even an active kitchen. I purchased a few bags of teas which I did very much enjoy at home the Elemental and Zodiac lines were very nice.

Thank you for your review.
Read moreIn 2021 we were threatened with a lawsuit by a large company and had to rebrand our entire business while coming out of COVID and the shutdowns. It was a very hard time for our business which rippled through several years.
In that time, we had to stop doing food and just do baked goods until we could get our feet under us again. Our space is small and so we are not an afternoon tea spot, yet. We have aspirations of doing those more in coming years and with our future move. However for now, we are connected to the public library and have take out.
As of mid October 2024, we have added sandwiches back and we still have our baked goods. Depending on demand we will attempt to continue to add items, however we have seen a decline in support for vegan food. All of our foods and baked goods are always vegan and we offer only dairy free milk and cream options.
We'd love to have you back again some time soon to try what we have now. So glad you enjoyed the tea. The tea is what started the business and continues to be the center of what we do along with community engagement. The food is an added bonus for our vegan community members and supporters.

This is a great place. - Edit
Wonderful vegan food (limited selection, posted weekly on IG / FB / website) and outstanding beverages. The owner is very engaged in community service and supports small businesses, social causes, and partners with organizations to do creative collaborations (beer infused with tea, for instance).

Millvale Must-Visit - Edit
Super friendly little tea shop with an almost entirely vegan menu of soups, sandwiches, and treats. I love that some of the teas feature locally foraged ingredients and that the options are always changing. A must-visit if you're in Millvale!

Very yummy food, so many choices! - Edit
I had so much trouble picking what to get from this amazing and completely vegan menu! It’s takeout only during covid, but worth it for a good vegan meal and delicious and refreshing tea.
