Saved us from starving

The boss himself talked us into his restaurant and briefed his kitchen staff for our vegan paella 🥘!
He did not persuade BUT convince us to be his guests. A whole difference to most restaurants in Alcúdia at the start of the season, that often mistake vegetarian with vegan.
He explained it with „Dharma“ - happy customers are better than fast money…
