A welcome surprise in rural Alabama!

I came across Abadir's selling vegetarian Egyptian food at a festival in rural Alabama, not at all what I was expecting to find and very welcome to have some fresh vegan food after a couple of days living off impossible burgers and side salads! I ate koshari and a massaged collard greens salad, it was all delicious. Great to see local ingredients used in such interesting ways.

Pros: Delicious and healthy, Very generous portions

Cons: Plastic cutlery - wood would be preferable
