Absolutely stunning and inclusive (I would give 5⭐️s)

This was amazing. Although there’s no theoretical vegan dishes on the menu, the maître d’ took the time to talk through what they could do on the menu for vegans, making small adjustments which wouldn’t impact the beauty of the dish whilst also being vegan. They also will -with in reason- cook anything you would like.
The staff are incredibly friendly and genuinely care about the the environment, people and the food. Although expensive very worth the price. As the menu says, ‘that one of the biggest concerns of chefs today is to find recipes that take customers’ food allergies and intolerances into account’ and this was done to perfection.
