My favourite place for vegan treats - Edit
I love coming to Aardvark for some essentials like nutritional yeast, tofu, and sauerkraut, as well as treat myself to a Hey Vegan pie or a variety of their vegan chocolates. The staff are very friendly, and also genuinely interested in their customers. The staff also speak Welsh which is also a bonus and another reason why I love Aardvark for vegan essentials and vegan treats.

Well stocked, great hot drinks - Edit
We always come here for a bit of sanctuary when we visit farm-heavy Carmarthen. One of the best stocked health food shops I've been in over the years and with loads of vegan items. Lots of chill cabinet vegan pasties and savories, always a vegan take away cake option, loads of vegan cheeses, organic locally grown veg and bread from local bakers. Hot drink heaven for a non-city location: oat, soya, hemp, cashew, coconut milks etc. Chai(s) and all the coffees, tea etc. And the vegan and gf banana choc brownie was lovely. Super friendly staff. Also sell wines, including Welsh wines although we didn't get time to see if any are vegan.

I love this place and visit every time I am in Carmarthen. Tons of amazing options including freshly made pastries and cakes. Very friendly and tolerant of little people! Even some mini trolleys for them to play with.

Great source of vegan foods and products. - Edit
We stopped in here for Nutritional Yeast and discovered so much more, including Hey Vegan! baked goods (pies and pasties) that we’d only heard rumors of previously. We’ll be coming here to do our grocery shopping whenever we are in Carmarthen.
