There are two food courts that look exactly the same, and number 14 in one of them is closed. Don’t get confused like me - the place is in another food court that looks just the same and it’s still open.

Inexpensive Vegan Stall at Immigration Building B - Edit
If you must suffer the pain of going to Immigration Building B, at least you can have a nice inexpensive vegan lunch. I thought this was a cut above the average small vegan buffet. I paid around 60 Baht for rice and 3 dishes.
