Vegan take out - Edit
Being in this region of Kentucky vegan food is often hard to find. Dining out is usually out of the question. The owner of this convenience store/Indian food spot has put forth an effort to bring some vegan options to this small town. As of recently they have been actively posting on Facebook what vegan items are available (changes seem to be made regularly but items are clearly labeled). Offerings have included but are not limited to Spicy Sambar, Aloo Mutter, and Aloo Gobi. I haven't been to this spot in awhile but one of the last times I was in town the owner said he would be able to make certain items vegan by special request if orders were called in a little earlier. It is really nice to have a little place like this in Madisonville. Hopefully this review helps to let people know this place exists and has vegan options should someone find themselves in this lil ol Kentucky town.
