Moldy cake - Edit
I read great reviews about this cafe and their chocolate vegan cake so I decided to try it out as well. I bought vegan pineapple cookies and the chocolate cake. I was quite surprised that is was covered by so much plastic when most of other items were sold unpackaged. Nevertheless, I took it home with me but when I opened it up I noticed mold on it. I looked at the expiry date and it was still valid for another 6 days or so… Not a good experience.

Pros: Nice cafe, Chocolate cake looked good
Cons: Moldy cake

Bakery with vegan options - Edit
Came here based on the review with vegan chocolate cake. Informed they no longer sell this by the slice. They can make an entire vegan cake on request. We had latte with oat milk and some vegan banana and peanut cookies.

Lunch at “A Confeitaria” - Edit
“A Confeitaria” immediately catches your eye with its huge variety of delicious looking pastries and breads. We went there for lunch, but unfortunately they didn’t have the vegan or vegetarian sandwich (even though it’s on the menu), but some other options were available. I shared a slice of vegetarian quiche with a side salad and a Torrada (typical Portuguese toast with butter), which were both very tasty. We also had a huge bowl of tea. All in all it was good, but the vegan and vegetarian options could definitely be improved.

Some vegan options and almond milk for coffee - Edit
Big choice of cakes, however just one vegan cake. A vegan toast option but they were out of vegetarian.
