Fantastic Little Food Truck - Edit
It's a small little trailer, but they put out large portions of great food. Had the Mt. Bachelor Hash as a burrito and the Jicama slaw. I didn't know that jicama could be so good. Will definitely be a place we go back to when we are in town.

Stop what you’re doing and eat here - Edit
My husband and I ate here twice in the 24 hours or so that we were in Bend and my only regret is that we didn’t have time - or room in our stomachs - for a third trip.
Read moreDuring our brief visit we managed to try both types of tacos, the hash, the philly sandwich (the special that day), the biscuits and gravy with tofu scramble and the griddle cakes. Everything was absolutely delicious. We live in San Francisco and just spent 5 days in Portland but this is easily some of the best vegan food we’ve ever had.
The couple that run the cart are very friendly and the fact that you can eat in the coffee shop next door makes this a great choice even when it’s chilly.
If you’re vegan, or even if you aren’t, and are wondering what to eat in Bend, just stop. You have your answer.
Pros: everything
Cons: portions are too big to try everything at once lol

Amazing food by the nicest people - Edit
We got to the cart just before they sold out around 1pm. Get there early, it's popular. We're just passing through so wanted to sample. We went with the Mt. Bachelor hash, the Grilled Super Burrito, and one of each of the tacos to split between three people (one non-vegan) and the servings were extremely generous. We ended up taking a bit home. I'm a "gravy guy" and the mushroom gravy on the hash was insanely good, I could have drank it. We got it with the corn tortillas. The black truffle potatoes in the hash and the tacos are to die for. The hot sauce in the burritos is homemade and heavenly. If I lived in Bend I'd frequent this place daily. The vibe, attitude of the owners and food make this cart a must. Palate a coffee bar is next door with great coffee and vegan and gluten free treats were amazing as well.

Excellent catering food for the holidays! - Edit
We gave Chef Hull fairly short notice and the four "sides" we received were outstanding! Wild Mushroom Gravy, Whipped "dirty" potatoes, Sesame Seared Baby Green Beans, and Roasted Vegetable Medley. Everything was cooked to perfection, nicely spiced, not too salty, and well-packaged. Chef was pleasant and professional. We will definitely be ordering from him again.

Best of Bend - Edit
Best vegan food in all of central Oregon! Not only is everything plant-based, it is also locally sourced, and prepared by a talented chef.

WOW! - Edit
What a great place to eat. I had the Grilled Super Burrito and my wife had the Mt Bachelor Hash. Both were outstanding and large. We also had the smoothie which was out of sight. Well worth the the stop. A new favorite for me.

Delicious!! - Edit
I was fortunate to be at a party that A Broken Angel was catering, and while I'd heard of this amazing food cart for a long time, I finally got to try it -- and it was all absolutely delicious! From the tofu tacos to the vegetables to the biscuits + mushroom gravy, all was outstanding! Looking forward to visiting Bend and trying more delicious menu items.

Since I learned about the new food cart on this app, I have been five or six times in the last two weeks. Everything I have tried is amazing!! The biscuits and mushroom gravy with tofu scramble is to die for and sells out daily. Even non-vegan friends rave about the food!

I had the opportunity to have Chef Hull's food and I must say it was a pleasant and delicious experience. I would encourage anyone who had the opportunity to meet with Chef Hull and have some of food to do so, you will not regret it.
