Serves meat, vegan options available. American fast food & burger chain founded in 1919 in Lodi CA as a walk-up root beer stand. Offers a vegetarian deluxe burger as well as the Beyond burger patty which can be requested on any of the burgers. Vegans specify no mayo, cheese, or any non-vegan sauce, plus ask for the sesame bun only. Fries are vegan. Select outlets also offer vegan nuggets. Note per its website, the beyond burger patties are cooked on the same grill as non-veg items. Open Mon-Sun 7:00am-10:00pm.

BEYOND MEAT - Edit

Now that A&W offer is beyond meat burgers and breakfast sausage this is our go-to if were in a crunch for time or on the road. Always so delicious and taste exactly like we remember meat tasting.

Good option but always check order - Edit

Burger tastes like a classic and cheap fast food burger, and it's available late nationwide! Fries and rootbeer make it a solid combo.

Unfortunately I have had many terrible experiences with A&W since the Beyond Burger release, but not with this specific location.
Staff often uninformed about allergens, often send order with diary mayo, and once sent order with cow flesh!
Always check that your order is accurate, but other than that a great fast food option especially when traveling or eating late
