A and B Naturals

We went to this great health food store for vegan picnic provisions twice during our stay. They had a vegan soup, and vegan salad and noodle options in the cold case each time. Also a nice little selection of organic wines.

great little place for health food items. Staff very friendly too! they had vegan soup there but didn't try it. no vegan pastries. got trail bars for hiking. Would appreciate a green smoothie with real greens instead of powder.

Very cute small market. They have a small smoothie area, however, the woman working it seemed unhappy to be serving us. They have a small fridge with some vegan to go things and they sell some vegan food in the market.

Today I visited this store briefly and was impressed by the variety of vegan products for sale. I especially enjoyed the chocolates!

I loved this place. They had VEGAN RICEMELLOW there too!

I love Bar Harbor and this little shop is part of the reason why! It's nothing fancy but it's locally owned and pretty inclusive foodwise. Plus, it's close to the central park/pavillion area. Grab a few goodies and picnic-it in the park as you people watch. It really adds to the vibe of this groovy, NE town.

Well stocked nice little natural foods store. They have a tiny deli area where they make smoothies and they have coffee and tea as well. They also have some grab n go prepared foods including a few vegan options. Friendly helpful staff.

A&B Naturals is AWESOME -- the selection of raw goods is unmatched anywhere else from MDI to Portland, Maine. Also, the produce is fresh, organic and local whenever possible :-)
The staff are friendly, fun and helpful -- and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. They offer a great selection of goods and food -- and even a few tables for quick dining or socializing. Fairly priced and aimed to please -- this is definitely the place to go for your natural needs on MDI.
