Vegan pizza in Olomouc!! - Edit
This is life changing ! This little bistro in the centre of Olimouc has a window to Denisova street where they offer multiple pizzas all day long, all vegetarian, some vegan. 30 CZK (1.1€) per piece -1/8. The vegan one was absolutely perfect! Toppings vary. Apart of veggies (duh) they use Violife "cheese" or tofu. Obviously pizza is a matter of personal preference but they shot right in the black for me! Not too cheesy, not too dry. Crispy, not too dough-y but not too thin either.
The real question is Why on eart did I get only two pieces ??!!
Pros: price per piece (no need to buy the whole thing), fast, nice staff

I stopped by last evening, I had a chat with the owners, it is a brand new place and they hope warmer weather will bring them more customers. The pizza was nice, I liked the sweet one ( it is in fact similar to traditional "frgal cake", but heated. )
Pros: low prices, cental
Cons: opening hours, few vegan options
