Lovely Mamas cooking their favourites - Edit
There was a handful of vegan options and it was tasty overall. Prices were reasonable.
Read moreThe place itself is very cute. Many corners and a chill inner outdoor sitting area, away from traffic.
Pros: Location , Taste , Friendly staff
Cons: Could have more vegan options

Nice vibes - Edit
There is a great variety of dishes, even too big. Scrolling through whole menu takes some time. There is a choice of traditional Turkish and Bulgarian dishes.

Acceptable - Edit
Very few vegan options available, however they are happy to adjust and cater to one's needs. Only one gluten free option. The menu did change since last time I was here, so take changes into consideration. The place is very cute and has a Bulgarian village restaurant vibe. Beer selection is limited. Taking into consideration that Burgas is really not a good city for vegans, this is one of the few places that you can eat and should definitely visit at least once.

Unfortunately bad! - Edit
I can understand that the waiter was not so friendly due to the fact that they were full and understaffed. So my opinion is strictly about the food.
Read moreBulgaria is not the place to be as a vegan, but I was expecting at least something ok to eat.
We ordered the rice with seitan, the baked potatoes with olive oil, garlic and onion and the vegan meatballs with salat.
The seitan was too salty, the rice too oily, the baked potatoes too dry and tasteless and the vegan meatballs were two burger patties.
It was just bad!

Interesting spot - Edit
I'm with mixed feeling s about this place 😀 On the outside, it looks like a construction site, on the inside, it has nice outdoor seating with eclectic furniture that might have been thrifted or taken directly from the curb. Service is slow, but the food is delicious. They have a decent lunch menu with lots of vegan option, which is not common around here for a meat-serving restaurant.

Okay.. - Edit
Quirky place, disinterested staff, gave me an electronic menu that I had to scroll past lots of meat dishes before I found the vegetarian section (if I hadn't read on here there was one I might have given up - although great they have a vegetarian section). I ordered tempeh, rice and beetroot - was actually tastier than it looked but I'm sure you can imagine the look of disappointment on my face when you see the photo. Nice garden setting. They have vegan desserts - I didn't try them.

Large menu - Edit
Eclectic restaurant in very unassuming surrounds. Almost mistook it for closed. Very large menu including a large number of vegan dishes. Staff spoke great English ensuring that we understood our choices. Beans in clay pot was decent.

Good food - Edit
It's nice to see vegan alternatives like seitan and tempeh in Burgas.
Read moreWhile the restaurant itself is nice and cozy, the little garden spacious enough for a couple of tables and the staff very friendly, the food is what makes it worth coming to.
They actually offer quite the choice when it comes to vegan & vegetarian options, which is rather the exception than the rule in Bulgaria.
Service was fast and uncomplicated, the food was really tasty and prices are more than acceptable for what you get.
Definitely worth a visit if you're in this corner of the city.
