Amazing vegan deli - Edit

This little deli provides delicious creations that vegans and non vegans alike will love! Creative, delicious and a great option if you’re looking for event catering too!

Back for more! - Edit

Enjoyed 7 sprouts a couple times during our trip to the Sunshine Coast!! The quiches were amazing and we were talking about them for days after so stopped to grab more on way back through! Pretzels were also very good, and we were given the pleasure to have a nice chat with the owners well waiting for the quiche to cool. Very friendly and can't wait to go back ;) ...everything looked fantastic.

Great deli! - Edit

I was traveling through town with the BC Bike Race. I was so excited to find a plant based shop in Powell River. While I wasn't able to take products with me (no access to a cooler or fridge for a few days), they let me sample all cheese and jerky I wanted.

I liked everything I tried. The jerky was the first plant-based jerky I've enjoyed. I also got two burritos with the spicy chorizo which hit the spot after a long race! Next time, I'm bringing a cooler.

Pros: Friendly, Great staff, Good selection of vegan cheese and meat

Great source of plant based deli products! - Edit

This is a great addition to the Powell River Community. Jim and his wife make up several different plant based cheeses, faux meats and other products. Everything tasted was delicious. We bought the bacon and made BLTs that day. We made macaroni and cheese that night with the cheddar spread. We had the quiches this morning. Delicious! We will be going back soon to get the garlic seitan bits. We are fans! Thank you so much for providing great tasting vegan options. This deli is located in the Ecossentials Market close to Marine 😊
