Sandwiches sandwiches - Edit
I was at the Albina library and decided to try this spot after seeing they had a few vegan options. I got the Steve grinder made vegan by omitting the feta. It came with a side miso butternut dipping sauce. The sandwich was good but I felt it needed a bit more depth of flavor. Enjoyed the interior filled with stickers and wheat pastes. Will try the other vegan options when I’m back in the area.
