Proof that the best pizzas don’t need cheese - Edit
The dough alone is worth the trip — light, airy, perfectly charred. I had the marinara with spinach, cherry tomatoes, olives and capers, and it was truly amazing. Definitely one of the best (if not the best) pizza I have ever had.

Excellent vegan Neapolitan pizza options and very popular restaurant. I had the 50 Kalo and the ingredients were very fresh and tasty. The vegan pizzas were cheese less (no vegan cheese offered), but that was preferred for me because the dough and toppings were delicious on their own. It was nice to have this option while in Rome.
