5 Continents is a good place to shop. It's not huge, think your local mini-market, but it has a great range of foodstuffs from around the world, including frozen vegan products.

Simple Solution - Edit
The shop is small but has all the basics imported from India, Japan, China, and some things from Europe. The tofu is for example from Germany. I found a very big selection of spices from all over the world and a big selection of noodles. The prices are middle range; a weekly shopping for 2 people is around 35€. The staff is helpful and will give advice/recepies if needed. Only Spanish speaking though. Next door is one of the best fruit&veg shops in South Tenerife, so besides the bad parking possibility good place to go to.
