Holy Cow- A Vegan Wonderland - Edit
Let me just tell you, I have been vegan for 10 years and this is a vegan heaven. A perfect cozy place to eat when you want to reminisce on diner times but don’t want to compromise your values for flavor!

Got the Vrunchwrap, cinnabon pancake and s'mores french toast, LOVED IT ALL! Id honestly make the hour drive every week to eat here. Get there as soon as it opens or you will be waiting long for breakfast.

Skip Chorizo, Get Burger - Edit
I got the Vrunchwrap and was very very disappointed. The Chorizo tastes exactly like TJ's: overseasoned and oversalted. You cannot taste the cheeze, vEgg, OR pico due to the overwhelming chorizo flavor. They would do better by their product if they mixed it with some PLAIN Beyond or Impossible (or honestly even tofu!!) to mute the intense chorizo seasonings and allow the customer to enjoy all the flavors within the crunchwrap (I mean, or just offer a wrap with no pico or cheese, since it cannot be tasted). I got the Jalapeno burger (for later), and even heated up in the microwave, it was DELICIOUS. However, the description states that the jalapenos are pickled, but they were fresh! So if you don't like the heat, ask for no jalapenos or pick them off.
Read moreHonestly, I was so hyped for this experience, but that Vrunchwrap totally soured my opinion of this place. The sour cream is watery and flavorless but that's not necessarily a bad opinion, I ate the $h*t out of it to dilute the chorizo. I also think they gave my siracha mayo on the side of my burger and fries and I dipped my fries in it but it wasn't good.
Pros: AFFORDABLE
Cons: No Chorizo!

The staff was very welcoming throughout the dining experience. My girlfriend and I are newly minted to vegan, this staff not only made great vegan food, but the service explaining their menu and suggestions was fantastic. We absolutely will be making this place a frequent spot of ours.

Delicious Food, Delightful Staff! - Edit
We brought our friend who was extremely skeptical about vegan food here two weeks ago and it was such an overwhelmingly positive experience we are still talking about it! Our friend initially told us that he would only drink beer and didn't want to eat any vegan foods because he's not vegan himself. Our server was Maisie and she was absolutely delightful. She was good humored, helpful, patient and kind with our high-maintenance table. She made excellent recommendations for which menu items are most popular with vegan-food-skeptics and we ended up ordering a burger (which the kitchen helpfully cut into four portions for us to all share!), brussels sprouts, loaded fries, and a fo-sho pizza. She checked on us often and kept our glasses full and our spirits high! Kitchen worker Brandon also came over to say hi to us and he was a hit with our friend and helped him feel even more comfortable and happy being in a vegan restaurant! In the past two weeks, I've been back for the fo-sho pizza (it's SO good!) and our friend hasn't said anything skeptical about vegan foods and has even mentioned how nice it was to see "Brandon the vegan"! It was an all around positive experience and I highly recommend bringing any vegan-skeptical-friends here because 4th & State will change their mind about vegan food! In the past I've also had the Vrunch wrap and potato skins and those were also delicious. Whether you're a vegan, or you think you'll hate vegan food, 4th & State is a must-have for everyone! Thanks Maisie, Brandon, and 4th & State for being a gem in Columbus! We are lucky you're here!

I kid you not once we went here and got “tomato soup” with our grilled cheese.. my partner and I noticed it was literally Marianna sauce. Feels like it’s only expensive because most of the menu items rely on faux meat and cheese processed and available at the grocery store. I do hope there is restaurant-sized Just Egg containers!! Really boring decor — I wish Columbus vegan spots would embrace ambiance a bit better. Despite all of this, I must admit — I was addicted to their regular Vrunchwraps (notttt the Tex mex one-!) and their stuffed crust pizzas came in clutch for me at many moments.

Excellent vegan comfort food - Edit
I have been vegan for almost 3 years and finding vegan food has been hard. I was happy to find this place. It was two blocks from my hotel. I went for brunch and dinner and everything was delicious. My family is not vegan but they love the pancakes, pizza, and chorizo wrap. The service from the waiter and chef was awesome too. I ate their chorizo, egg, and hash browns wrap, and it made me grateful to be alive and at this place. I also had the Texas burgers and was super tasty too. I am looking forward to the next time I am back at Columbus, Ohio

Their menu offers so many options, but my favorite is their pizza. It’s hard to get pizza as a vegan sometimes, but they have nailed it. I’m not always one for “jazzy” pizzas, but their pizzas are so delicious. They have stuffed crust - again, I’m not usually someone who likes wild pizzas with all kinds of things going on, but trust me! It’s so good! After trying them all (and they are all great), our favorites are the Nashville Hot Chick’n & Faux Sho. Fun fact - you can get any pizza 1/2 and 1/2 so you can try two! One pizza is a perfect dinner for two & you’ll be really full.

We ordered carryout to take with us back to our Airbnb, and we loved everything we ordered: Tofurkey Club sandwich, Loaded Potato Skins, Caesar Salad. Everything was very flavorful, and we plan on returning when we are back in town later this summer. (Hopefully for their breakfast menu!) The restaurant is cute inside too, and they had a small dessert case.

The venue was gorgeous! Very nicely decorated. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They gave great advice on what to order. Ordered the french toast, loaded hash browns and the Vrunchwrap. Oh my gosh, these were AMAZING. Basically played fork war trying to share these items (should’ve ordered my own, ugh). Currently regretting living so far away from this amazing restaurant so I can’t get more meals from it - for now!!! I will be back 4th & State!!

All 4 of us ordered something different and all 4 us LOVED our food. Friendly staff and the suggestions were just just what we were looking for. We had the nachos as an appetizer and it was plenty for all 4 of us. We loved our lunch so much we ordered a Pizza to take home for dinner.

Went here for a valentine's day dinner and the food was beyond expectation. The pizza was by far the best vegan pizza I've ever had and the milkshakes were indulgent and nostalgic. The atmosphere is clean and modern. It is expensive, but well worth it for a special occasion!

Friday evening - filled with smoke from the grill. And the music - way too loud. The food is good, although small portions. Desserts are great. People are nice, just... some staff are not service oriented.
