We loved it! - Edit
This a Gresham place to go with omnis! I got a Tofu Pho, and the Tofu Bhan Mi to share. The BhanMi is vegetarian, but they left out the mayo to make it vegan. Both of the things I ordered were delicious and full of flavor! Our server was accommodating and warm. If I were staying longer, I would definitely go back.

Great vegan options at Waikiki Food Truck open until 9pm - Edit
I had takeaway meals here three times while in Waikiki. I had the lemongrass vegan fish twice, and a combo of spring rolls and tofu buns once. All were very good food truck meals in expensive Waikiki. The mama at the order window is cool, efficient and friendly. She remembered my name by the second visit. My pics that I have posted here are from my hotel table:-) Note that they are open until 9pm, which is great. There are some containers and plastic involved with the service, but this is a to-go food truck.
