Nice spot in the downtown core

Very cute cafe near the water and Burrard bridge. Staff were incredibly nice and the location is peaceful with indoor and outdoor seating. We had a Chkn Caesar style sandwich and another Chkn style sandwich which were both tasty. Not huge portions, but the price reflects that and both sandwiches filled us. We also had a chocolate hazelnut donut and another kind with pink frosting which were both delicious. So happy to have a decent casual style vegan option downtown and we’ll be back a lot.

Yummy vegan breakfast sandwiches

Came here with my omnivore friend. We each got a vegan sausage and egg breakfast sandwich and enjoyed them very much.

Amazing for breakfast!!!

Tried their sausage breakfast sandwich, cream smoothie and jelly donut! All were amazing!! My favourite was the sandwich, but the donuts were also super fluffy.

Vegan Gains Grind

Aww is a new vegan café in downtown Vancouver! It's a sports bar, vegan protein bar, and bakery all in one! There's also a space with free sugar-free "clear" protein shakes on tap. We had a Brew smoothie, tomato soup, and an almond croissant. It's also a sports lounge to relax after a workout!

excited to have a vegan cafe

I went there after a workout, ravenous. I got a chicken ranch sandwich, a tolivefor raspberry lemon loaf and a pistachio white chocolate latte(? I think). Everything was delicious, one critique is the chickn was a LITTLE too crispy but that might just be me.

Great spot, the inside was aesthetic, menu was nice and I do love the clear protein drinks they have.
