Shut down - Edit
We showed up to the location and it's been empty for a month now. This was a little sad honestly.

Amazing V-Fest Buffet - Edit
Happened to turn up when the restaurant was hosting their inaugural V-Fest buffet. Was a really nice spread of all vegetarian and mostly vegan food with a good friendly and family feel to place as well. I hope they are able to continue to host these events!

More than just a restaurant - Edit
A really great place with a small but fantastic menu where you can get almost every dish as vegan. Changing daily menu. And sooo delicious! Made from the scratch in high high quality.
Read moreThe staff is extremely nice and speaks great english.
The place also offers some kind of a cultural centre with nice books, work spaces, some information to Beppu where you can spend some time while waiting for the food. And the staff is willing to ahow you around and give you some advice.
Prices are almost too low for the quality of food and there is a discount for vegan option. Regular price per dish us was 1.100 yen, in the evening.
Total recommendation, 5 stars technically not possible due to meat options.
Pros: Low prices, High quality, Options to spend time
