Vegan choices include a grilled sourdough sandwich with chao cheese, Italian field roast, grilled bell peppers and onions on grilled garlic sourdough bread, and a seasonal lobster mushroom sandwich with Daiya swiss cheese, grilled red onion and Field Roast sausage. Other sandwiches and salads are made to order, so vegans can create their own. Always has Vegenaise on hand and at least one vegan cheese and vegan protein that is not hummus.
