Serves meat, vegan options available. Offers burritos and a few other dishes. Can make most items vegan including the gourmet spinach burrito. Located next to Gate B15. Open Mon-Sun 6:30am-8:00pm.
360 was out of guac, and the beans are made with chicken broth. They didn’t know how to pack the burrito to compensate, so I ended up buying a glorified tortilla.
It wasn’t that bad, but if you are really looking for a burrito or bowl, go to Moes grill at the end of A gate. They can serve vegan better.
No vegan food in the airport, When I saw this place was open, I went through security twice to get there. However they were closed and I still can't find vegan food other than $5 kind bars. Update your listings people :(
Although the menu does not show any vegan items, the staff was very willing to assist by suggesting which items can best be made vegan. We each had the Gourmet Spinach Burrito and it was refreshingly tasty; they substituted guacamole for the cheese, and obviously omitted the meat. There are a few other outfits in the immediate vicinity that offer fruit cups, and hummus, but this by far the best choice for us.

They cannot verify if the beans and rice are vegetarian or vegan. - Edit
The employees cannot verify ingredients when asked if the beans or rice were cooked with lard or animal broth.
