Delicious option!

Beaufort is not known to be accommodating to vegans, however I was surprised to learn the Cauliflower Pad Thai is vegan as is and was actually delicious! My table manners went out the window and I was eating more like shoveling this dish into my mouth.

Pros: Complex flavors, Large portion, Satisfying
