interesting concept

Watching the lady make the ice cream on the spot was a joy - where the nitro created large clouds that floated down the counter. But because I got a matcha sorbet, it didn’t taste as good as I hoped, being very melty and more sweet than it is fragrant. Even so, it is a cool experience, and definitely something I will go for again, especially when I want a refreshing treat.

Pros: refreshing , unique , experience
