Taco shop with four fillings that can be made vegan by omitting cheese, including nopalitos (cactus), huitlacoche (corn & mushroom), champiñones (mushroom), and flor de calabaza (squash blossom). All fillings are available as fried corn empanadas or tacos with corn or flour tortillas. Open Mon-Sat 9:00am-7:30pm, Sun 9:00am-4:30pm.

So good I forgot to take a photo - Edit

I am an ovo-lacto vegetarian, so the cheese was not a problem for me. However, the server did ask if I wanted my order with or without cheese, which seems easy enough to adjust for vegans. I had the fried quesadillas with huitlacoche and cheese, and a fried quesadilla of rajas con elote. The salsas, the quesadillas, and the service were excellent, and I'm looking forward to returning to try the rest of their vegetarian/vegan options.

Great options - Edit

I tried the nopalitos (cactus), huitlacoche (corn mushroom), champiñones (mushroom), and flor de calabaza (squash blossom) as tacos on corn tortillas. They were all really flavorful without cheese. It was super fun to find huitlacoche!
