Love 3Idiots. Clearly marked vegan options for both takeaway and eat in. When eating in there is a separate vegan 'tapas' menu where you can choose a bunch of smaller versions of vegan dishes. They also have vegan naan and vegan starters. Highly recommend the tofu saag.
