Vegan options are not worth it

They told me they couldn't make the hot chocolate vegan because they MUST add condensed milk... yeah. I'm sure someone would get badly hurt if not.
I went there with friends and didn't want to order nothing. So i decided to get the vegan option for the Biscoff (very nice caramel cookies) "Ice cream" thing. They layer ice cream flakes with crumbled Biscoff cookies. The flakes are just extremely cold but taste like nothing. Looks fancy but tastes boring. You eat a lot of sugar for a lot of money but have no taste experience at all. Do not recommend.

Bingsu for one person

This cafe is in the look of a popular 2d cafe in Korea. They offer Bingsu (4 vegan options) and different kinds of tiramisu and Croffles (non vegan). What I like is that they serve bingsu in portions for one person (can still be shared). It’s common for Bingsu to come in these big bowls so I like it that here you can technically go by yourself and still finish it. I had the injeolmi and ube bingsu and I can recommend it, will visit this place again probably in summer😄

Pros: cool interior, portion size

Cons: more vegan options would be amazing

Korean food trends

This dessert café imitates the style of a famous café in Seoul. They have colorful desserts and drinks, including a couple of vegan options such as veganized Bingsu (Korean shaved ice).

The Bingsu here looks and tastes different from what you get in Korea, but it is still a sweet and popular dessert. They serve Bingsu in individual portions inside a cup, and offer a couple of different flavors.

Beside colorful desserts, this café is an eye-catcher because of its black-and-white interior design in cartoon-style. A fun setting. #Veganuary
