Some yummy options! - Edit
Lovely place with some yummy options, though it's hard to find anything that isn't sweet (which, I suppose, is kind of expected given the characteristic Chinese flavors 😅). First time around, my partner had the curry and i had the black bean sauce tofu mains with rice. I wasn't a fan of the curry (he was) but preferred the black bean dish. This time around, his parents had the sweet and sour (not my vibe, but very good) and the mushrooms and onions (very yummy and umami) and my partner had the kung pao (also sweeter than we'd expected) and I had the udon and dumpling soup. The soup was my favourite! We also had the sharing starters, which you'd love if you like a heavy fried starter. It pretty much filled us up before the big mains even came out 😅

I was disappointed on arrival as the satau 'ficken' skewers are no longer vegan, however the staff immediately let us know and swapped out some items on the vegan platter to compensate. They seem as fed up as me that the recipe has changed!

We love it here and go whenever we're visiting Cheltenham. The sweet and sour tofu is absolutely gorgeous. I'd rate 5 stars if the app allowed.

New favourite place to order from in Cheltenham. Amazing Chinese food! We went for the vegan mystery box which was £22 for two people. Great portion sizes and everything was delicious. Also added on tofu wraps as I had seen people raving about them on Facebook - did not disappoint!

Great vegan selection and all clearly labelled on the menu. The staff were really nice and good atmosphere. Would definitely visit again if in Cheltenham.

Bar & Wok has a separate vegan section on their menu, so no need to ask what they can do etc. Tried what you can see in the picture, and was impressed. All seasoned very well, fresh tasting and the tofu had a nice chewy but moist texture (hard to describe, but certainty better than a lot of other takeaways I've tried where it is either too dry or too mushy, theirs was perfect). Would probably order the same/similar next time!
Read morePortion sizes are also enough to leave you very full! We ate in, not tried their takeaway service but it seemed very popular too.
