An all round Brunch solution - Edit
A pleasant and new surround that boasts a 100% vegan menu. A clean and friendly space that has plenty of sunlight. The menu is not vast but well suited to its market.

Original review Sept 2018: We came here for lunch whilst we were in Perth today for the Tabletop Scotland convention and it was pretty good, although the portion sizes were rather on the small side (especially the Reuben bagel which was tiny!) and I found the macaroni cheese to be totally plain and unseasoned, with the advertised “bacon bits” turning out to be just smoky fried mushroom slices. The chocolate cake was very nice though and the brownie very dense and chocolatey. Service was a bit patchy but hopefully that will improve as this new cafe finds its feet.
Read moreUpdated review July 2021: we came back here on a journey north and were really impressed with how the cafe has matured and developed over the years since we were last here! All the little snags from last time have been ironed out: the food is delicious with a much expanded menu and good portion sizes and the service is exceptional. Great to see they’re still open and going strong, a fantastic place to have in Perth :)

Decided on Frittata with soup. No, not as a side. Soup first. Huge bowl with bread!

Soup seemed a bit lacking in seasoning, but Frittata was better than expected.
Pros: Great staff
Cons: Covid: no salt/pepper on tables. , No one asked if sugar wanted for coffee.

I enjoy stopping here whenever I'm in Perth or passing close by. They've a good menu for stopping in for something light to keep you going for a daytime meal. Also love that everything is vegan, so glad that there's an all vegan place to stop in when travelling to the North of Scotland and getting out of the city.

We stopped off at 269 vegan on the way to a mini break in Aberdeenshire, and although it was busy and we had to wait a bit to get a table, it was worth the wait. We had a delicious lunch, the banoffee pie was incredible and we really enjoyed the apple vanilla protein smoothie. It’s a shame we live so far away but hope to go back one day!

This is a great brunch/lunch place in Perth, and also the town's only fully vegan venue. My husband had the LGBT bagel which he enjoyed and I had the Ruben bagel. The sourdough bagels were excellent and the fillings very tasty. We also enjoyed the cinnamon rolls, which are generously sized. The prices are really reasonable, especially so, considering that they are using expensive fillings made by Sgaia.

Small, friendly cafe in the centre of Perth. Not an extensive menu but nicely presented and tasty food. We had Thai style soup with toasted bread, followed by cake. Decent portion sizes and excellent cake. Well worth a visit.

The only fully vegan place in Perth! Cute cafe with great vibe, their menu consists mostly of breakfast items such as toasts, smoothie bowls and waffles. So no big heavy meals, but if you have a cake afterwards, you'll be stuffed enough! There is usually a selection of three cakes on offer, they also have awesome cinnamon buns.

Lovely little cafe, interesting menu choice, had the LGBT bagel and my husband had the carrot lox bagel (GF) both amazing, we then had the waffles for pudding and beetroot latte - awesome. Would thoroughly recommend anyone to visit. Super friendly staff and great ambience- we’ll be back!
