Pure Comfort and Class in Every Bite - Edit
I had been looking forward to finally dining at Two Six Nine for quite some time, after hearing such great things about it. Thanks to a lovely recommendation, I finally made it – and it truly did not disappoint.
Read moreWe started with the crispy roasted cauliflower served with a creamy aioli – absolutely delicious. For the main course, I had the Tagliatelle Truffle, with a rich cream sauce, truffle paste, mushrooms, and topped with vegan parmesan and fresh parsley. In one word: divine. And for dessert, we shared the homemade cheesecake with raspberry sauce – simply brilliant! Creamy and sweet – the perfect way to end the meal.
The restaurant itself is spacious, with plenty of indoor seating and a lovely terrace that’s slightly tucked away from the street, making it feel peaceful and cozy. The whole experience was elevated by the incredibly kind and attentive staff – we felt so well taken care of.
I honestly can’t wait to come back and try more dishes - everything on the menu sounds mouthwateringly good!

Can’t review food unfortunately. Hours online said it would be open on the day I visited.. but no signs of life. Completely closed and lights off. Maybe just got unlucky. Perhaps call ahead?

Ich gehe immer wieder ins 269 und bin immer sehr zufrieden. Besonders jetzt im Sommer, auf der Terrasse, ist die Atmosphäre noch viel besser. Das Essen ist immer köstlich, gut gewürzt und mit viel Gemüse.

Wir hatten den Tel Aviv Mix und Falafel und sind auf jedenfall satt geworden. Dass israelischer Salat nur Gurken&Tomaten heißt, fand ich etwas enttäuschend. Auf jedenfall eher gehobener Preis.

Wir haben uns eine Vorspeisen- und eine Nachspeisenplatte geteilt, weil wir es lieben, verschiedene Kleinigkeiten zu probieren. Das Essen war richtig lecker und super sättigend – ich hätte gerne noch mehr probiert, aber ich war einfach zu voll.
Einziger Mini-Kritikpunkt: Bei der Vorspeisenplatte hätte ein bisschen mehr Brot dabei sein können, und der Nachtisch war ziemlich süß. Aber insgesamt absolute Empfehlung, ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

We went to 269 TwoSixNine Vegan Restaurant yesterday and were instantly impressed by the menu – so much variety and so naturally vegan that we actually double-checked to make sure everything was plant-based.
We shared a starter and dessert platter because we love trying lots of different small dishes. The food was really delicious and super filling – I would have loved to try more, but I was just way too full.
Only tiny downside: A bit more bread with the starter platter would’ve been nice, and the dessert was pretty sweet. But overall, highly recommended, I’ll definitely be back!
