Restaurante vegano muy recomendable en el mismo centro de Salamanca. La mayoría de los platos son típica comida española veganizada por lo que no puede estar más rico todo. Es un lujo poder comer comida casera española de toda la vida pero con lo positivo de que no tenga nada animal. Recomiendo muchísimo las Chichas, las Croquetas no pollo, el perrito Beyond meat y el banana cake. El lugar es bonito y hay bastante espacio. ¿Lo mejor? Que todo es vegano

Fiel a la gastronomía salmantina. Este restaurante es una visita obligada para veganos -y no veganos-. Las mollejas de soja texturizada exquisitas, y los platos principales igual. El ambiente es muy acogedor y está inspirado en una crítica al especismo.

Exquisita comida vegana. Todo lo que hemos comido estaba lleno de sabor y textura, una alegría para el paladar. El sitio es muy acogedor y el servicio excelente. Lo recomiendo y procuraré volver pronto para disfrutar del lugar y de la preciosa ciudad de Salamanca.

No me esperaba yo disfrutar tantísimo en este restaurante, Salamanca es tierra de embutidos pero resulta que aquí te sirven unas croquetas que hacen quedar ridículas a las de la abuela, mientras la disfrutaba pensaba por 8465 vez, ¿cómo es posible que la gente eche jamón a las croquetas teniendo este exquisito sabor siendo 100% vegetal?

After two weeks in northern Spain, it was a treat to find vegan food. Vegan Spanish food. And food with charming friendly service (Olá Portugal). Everything was really tasty, but I must say all of the dishes were extremely salty, maybe it isn't always so, but it was tonight.

The service was very slow at Gastro Vegan and not of a gastro standard. I had the peppers which were stuffed with potatoes, it would have been better if they had used rice. My husband had the soya chicken. The restaurant was trying to offer vegan tapas and hamburgers, and the menu was not clear and difficult it was not clear what the dishes contained, no standardised allergy symbols, such as contains meat/fish seem to be used.

Eu particularmente não gosto de soja texturada, mas decidimos provar as versões do que são os pratos típicos de Salamanca e tenho a dizer que são verdadeiros especialistas!!! Estava tudo divino, adoraria ter feito um workshop para trazer as receitas e partilhar!

After 5 nights of chips and salad in the Camino it was so lovely to come and enjoy protein rich meals. The tofu and seitan dishes were flavourful and filling although veggies (not just potatoes) would have been nice. Wine was good and service was friendly and fast!

Jo, la segunda vez que vengo y sigo pensando lo mismo. Son los reyes de los trampantojos. Estaba todo delicioso. Solo puedo decir que tengo muchas ganas de volver para probar más cosas. Cambian la carta cada poco tiempo. Los trampatojos son increíbles.

Pedimos mi novio y yo unas croquetas y la morcilla para picar y luego un perrito de principal. De postre el banana cake. He de decir que todo estaba riquísimo y nos dejó con ganas de comer más de todo.

Ya era hora de probar el Gastro Vegan y, en primer lugar, me gustaría subrayar que la estética y los guiños veganos que hay en ella es brutal.
Read moreHemos pedido un poco de todo y la comida estaba muy muy buena: las mollejas, las croquetas eran increíbles, también los filetes de quinoa, la clásica beyond o la falsa morcilla, que estaba exquisita.
La comida, en definitiva, muy rica, especialmente si te gusta centrarte en sustitutos cárnicos.
Sin embargo, hemos entrado en el local a las 13:30 y eran las 15:10 y todavía no habían empezado a servirnos, cuando la cocina cierra a las 16:00.
Nos advirtieron de que había una mesa grande y "habría que esperar un poquito", pero han sido varias horas de espera. Además, la carta se va actualizando y había platos que iban desapareciendo por las horas.
La atención de la camarera era agradable, pero la gestión no fue la mejor.

The risotto was a bit raw. They forgot to bring the starter I'd ordered and then looked upset when I refused to receive the starters after I'd eaten the main course. Although the restaurant was almost empty, it took me a long time to be served. It was too hot inside.

We were positively surprised at the atypical dishes which were very delicious, from starters to dessert. The non-chicken croquettes were amazing. I went to have dinner with my partner at this restaurant and got a window seat which wasn't ideal, because the spotlight that illuminated the façade was very bright and annoying. The chairs also were a little too low for the height of the table. The decoration was interesting as they made use of tools used for animals (like cages, yoke...) - the only way these should be used and not to abuse animals.
