There were. Two vegan taco choices. And a delightful black bean sandwich with mango chutney on sour dough Everyone was super friendly and had a nice cocktail program.

This place has several great vegan options, clearly labeled and delicious. Never really get that warm “welcome home” feeling from them, but the food is awesome, the service is consistently good, and they always seem to be busy enough but not too busy no matter the time of day or week. Don’t know how they do it.

I was surprised by how much I enjoyed this spot; the vegan options are all clearly marked on the menu, with quite a few options built around tofu, beans, and avocados. I got the vegan chorizo tacos, which were savory and delicious, which also come with a few plantain slices and some lentils. Good margarita, too, I’ll definitely be back.
