not good for vegans - Edit
The only vegan option was a tofu scramble, but it comes with potatoes and a biscuit which aren't vegan. Also they have a veggie sausage which is vegetarian not vegan.

gourmet pancakes - Edit
The 2 Cats has incredible breakfast. We went on a Tuesday in July around 9 am and we were seated immediately on the porch. The service was fast and friendly. I had apple cinnamon pancakes and my husband bad an omelet with home fries and one of the incredible biscuits with strawberry butter. They also have tofu and will replace egg in any of the scrambles for vegans.
Pros: excellent food, friendly staff, large portions
