Update: I believe they have taken a lot off their menu. Power bowls may not be available anymore. I know they serve avocado toast. Couldn’t reach anyone on the phone, but call first before going.
Read moreThis is a hidden jewel inside plaza tower downtown. I took a picture of part of their menu but they offer power grain bowls not pictured that are awesome. They now serve them cold, but I would recommend having them heat up the bowl since the quinoa tastes better warm, IMO. Cool laid back hipster atmosphere, really unique and nice to find in Tyler.

Pros: Atmosphere , Food is organic, good and fresh
Cons: A bit on the expensive side , Not a lot of seating inside the cafe , College kids tend to take up seats/on their laptop

When I went, the only vegan option they had available was the vegan nachos. It had black beans, onions, tomatoes, corn, sweet potatoes, and cheese. It was really good! On their menu they had a vegan grilled cheese and a few vegan sandwiches but they were out. It seems like they pre-make a bunch of their sandwiches and just sell them till they sell out

Just walked in for the first time and the only vegan options they have now are the vegan nachos.

Great little cafe with several vegan options. We fell in love with the vegan nachos. Cinnamon roll for dessert. 😃
