Very good place, now fully vegan - Edit
Re-opened in a new location in Zefat, the place is now fully vegan and I recommend it. Naomi is a lovely lady that prepares cookies and desserts that are mostly raw and fully vegan (no honey either). The shake drinks are exceptional, and made with homemade almond and oat milk, and sweetened with dates. I also had a raw lemon ball that was excellent and filling.

18 karrots caffe - Edit
I had an amazing time at this lovely local cafe in the heart of Zefat's old city. The smoothis are super yummy and refreshing and the desserts are just the right amount of sweet. Not to mention the amazing welcoming service. I highly recommend stopping by if in the area.

Delicious Juice Bar! - Edit
I had the most delicious juice smoothie combo along with a peanut butter muffin. So good and the kindest people run this place. Would definitely come again.

very nice - Edit
we came there a bit late, at closing time, but we’re still greeted extremely friendly. we had soup and some of the vegan deserts and they were pretty good. the best thing about it was the woman working there. she welcomed us to israel and was just happy, kind, energetic and altogether amazing. I absolutely recommend going there!

Super fresh and lots of conversation - Edit
My friend and I were walking around Tzfat relatively aimlessly (just exploring) and Bella, a manager in 18karrots recognized our English from outside (of course) and coaxed us in. We spoke a lot about what led us and herself to Israel from America, and we ended up getting a few custom smoothies.
Read moreThe smoothies were really good, but the highlight was Bella's positive energy and inclusiveness. When another Israeli walked in, she asked the customer if she spoke English for our benefit so we could all talk together; and she ended up talking to all of us and translating as needed.
TL;DR smoothies were great and Bella's empathy and energy will definitely inspire me to come back.
Update: they're now serving delicious lentil soup and bread! Delicious and same amazing service!
