Tea and coffee cafe offering add-ons to your drink such as boba, aloe vera, and grass jelly. Has soy milk. The 'sea cream black coffee' is the only coffee that can be made vegan by removing the cream and adding soy milk. The other coffee drinks are cooked together with milk. Open Mon-Fri 7:00am-10:00pm, Sat-Sun 8:00am-10:00pm.

Good, not too big of a selection - Edit
Had the Thai Tea with Soy milk and it was good. Big size and pretty sweet. However, quite a few drinks are already precooked with milk (like the Mung bean milk and tarp milk teas) and so can’t be made vegan. Staff was very helpful and clear about vegan options.

$3.95 Sea Cream Black Coffee: Order no cream, add soy milk. Per a staff member this is the only coffee that can be made vegan. The other coffees are brewed with milk.
They also have teas. We like the strawberry hibiscus and it'd really nice for a non caffinated option.
The restroom was not very nice. It needed to be cleaned and the paper towels were out. It's really annoying that they require a code, thus fewer people use it and then they still can't keep up with it. It was not busy when we arrived.
There is a small amount of seating and not conducive for studying or groups.
There was ample parking when we arrived. It's located in a strip mall with its own parking lot.
Initially we really had a positive experience with this chain however we've become disappointed with the coffee as it seems to not be fresh and the bathroom always seems to be out of something or not very clean. Hopefully they work to improve these two points.
