There’s not much to this place and the person at the cash register was rude and really didn’t listen to us. There’s only about 5 veggie options, and the one cashew spread. My husband inquired about the meal deal and the lady said it came with chips and a drink but then only gave us chips, and no drinks and charged us separately for them. She also didn’t ask my husband what kind of bagel he wanted. I’m assuming the spread that came with the veggie bagel is vegan, because we said we wanted vegan stuff, but I’m honestly not sure she paid attention to that. The taste and price were fine. But it wasn’t anything special. We should have just gone to Burger King and got their vegan food.

Fresh and Quick - Edit
The veggie sandwich option with a substitute of non-dairy or vegan cashew spread is delicious. I prefer the non-dairy because the vegan cashew is a bit gritty, but both are good. Pick your veggies - lettuce, tomato, onion, peppers and cucumbers. There are lots of bagel flavors as well. The staff always seem happy to be there and they are amazingly quick. Bonus: Easy I-90 access.

Great fresh vegan food option - Edit
I’ve eaten here numerous times while traveling through. Veggies and bagels are always super fresh. Easily accessible if you are traveling down Interstate 90.

Only one vegan option but it's great! - Edit
Vegan options are limited, but got vegan cashew spread and veggies on a plain bagel and was honestly surprised how delicious it was. Unexpectedly flavorful with a bomb smokey note. Will be back when passing through!

Warm soft bagels, fresh toppings, non-dairy spreads! Great quick, healthy option of you're rolling through Ellensburg. The build your own bagels were a great price too (no vegan tax 😊).
