Only vegan option was soup or salad.

They are telling me it may take an hour and that is normal

Vegan food in a vegan desert

Came upon this farm-to-table restaurant in my new hometown. Most restaurants in this area have little to nothing for a vegan, but this place has a vegan option for every course and the menu changes on a regular basis. This meal was the best I've had in a long time! The starter was zucchini stuffed with aubergine and cashew puree, and it was fantastic. A great farm salad followed by a cavatelli with fresh vegetables was delicious and the coconut fried eggplant was surprising and inventive. Dessert was a fruit crumble of some sort - not sure what, but really tasty. My non-vegan companions were very happy with their options, but all wanted to taste mine and were very impressed. Highly recommend!
