Yummy options

Was so happy to see vegetarian and vegan options in this location! Had the veggie sandwich and pasta (it did had cheese), and was very happy with both. Staff and owner all checked in on us and were very kind and accommodating!

Pros: Yummy sandwich , Great staff

Great option for the area

I was happy to stumble on this place on a recent road trip. They serve great coffee with several non-dairy milk options (their menu lists almond and soy - they were out of soy when we went but had oat) and flavored syrups. We were there for a late breakfast, and while they didn't have anything explicitly listed as vegan on their breakfast menu, the lady behind the counter said she could make me some avocado toast on sourdough which was simple, but high quality. Their lunch menu does explicitly list a "vegan veggie" sandwhich, which we also ordered and were very pleased with. It has a vegan sundried tomato pesto that was very good. You can order from either their breakfast or lunch menu at any time of day, and that sandwich works equally well as a breakfast, in my opinion, so that will be my go-to regardless of which meal I'm stopping in for. Their menu also lists a veggie panini and a veggie pita, which I suspect can be made vegan, but we did not order or inquire about those items to be sure. We make the drive from Colorado Springs to Houston regularly and are very happy to have this option available in what is otherwise a stretch nearly devoid of any vegan options whatsoever.

Pros: Yummy sundried tomato pesto, Accommodating and knowledgable staff, Non-dairy milk options

Cons: Limited, but good, vegan selections
