A Vegan Oasis - Edit
Wow where do I start this place is an oasis in Ajaccio being 💯 vegan and gluten free. We were on a cruise and it was the best food we had eaten since we left the UK on the 13th April. We sat outside and the owner kindly brought a menu in English for us to read. We had a hazelnut chard and cauliflower pie with various salads and a waffle with houmous avocado, salads and polenta fries. Dessert was chocolate blondie and cream praline. Gosh the food blew us away it was magnificent. The owners are such lovely people and so welcoming. A gem of a place and if we ever go to Ajaccio again we will definitely revisit. Not to be missed.

I went there on May when I was working onboard a cruise ship. This was the first meal made with love that I had since February. When I started to eat... Also started to cry hahahaha so... Everything is incredible delicious. Totally worth it.

Gros coup de cœur ! Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement et les plats étaient merveilleux, du jus détox au burger… Et je ne parle même pas de l’incroyable gâteau à la figue et à la vanille. Si nous habitions en Corse, nous y mangerions chaque semaine ! Bravo pour cette cuisine travaillée qui prouve à merveille que la cuisine végane est délicieuse, copieuse et originale ! 💚🌱

First time in Mille et une saveurs sauvages and for me it’s was heaven on Earth, an oasis in the the midst of Ajaccio. This review is not only about great food. This is also about restoring faith in humanity!😄Admittedly, the food is yummy; their drinks are refreshing and their chocolate brownie is to die for. But what really touched me the most was the kindness and all the little attentions. (For example, taking care of my phone - which was plugged outside - while I was in the toilet). The service is truly amazing. They made me feel welcomed. And you can tell that making their customers happy is their first priority. 2000% worth it 💖

Me and my girlfriend went there for coincidence two days ago, and was the first day they were open! The current owner took over the previous activity, and made it COMPLETELY vegan, with also some gluten free options!

The owner makes very nice plate for lunch with either a quiche or a mixed grain patty and a big vegetables and fruit salad. It’s very well seasoned. It’s nice to find this kind of cuisine in Corsica when you’ve been eating pasta and pizza with vegetables for a few days!
