We had a delicious lunch here. The owner was lovely - she explained that everything was made in-house and was organic and vegan. The ginger shot at the end of the meal was great !

I had a such a delightful experience dining here with such a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, with some excellent cuisine to match. The dishes are simple but excellently pieced together with high quality ingredients and good portion sizes. There is nothing pretentious here just delicious meals and great people. Recommended!

One of a kind in Ajaccio! - Edit
A beautiful little fully vegan restaurant in Ajaccio with two tables on the street and several tables indoors. The food was fantastic with delicious desserts, coffee with various alternative milks. The service was quick and very very friendly, speaking great English. Booking is a definite as it is very popular!

The service was friendly and the food was delicious in this completely vegan restaurant that we enjoyed after stopping here on a cruise. It's only a short walk from the cruise terminal, set in the heart of a busy shopping area.
Read moreWe had their tofu based burger, served with a side salad and potato wedges with a mayonnaise dip, and their leek and peanut pie, which came with a fruity side salad.
The burger was served in a gluten free bun, which was soft and fluffy, a surprise considering it had no gluten.
Watch out for the complementary shot of ginger and lime, it's a spicy little number!
They also have a selection of cakes to choose from.

Attirata dalle recensioni positive ci siamo recati ad Ajaccio al mattino, anziché di sera come solito fare, per poter pranzare quí. Subito hanno badato al nostro cane proponendogli acqua fresca. I piatti erano MOLTO MOLTO buoni e curati. Abbondanti. I sapori veramente unici.

Hay que probarlo. No sé si definirlo como “cocina vegetariana tradicional”, todo vegetal pero sin sucedáneos. Pedimos al camarero que nos sugiriera qué elegir. El wrap no lo habríamos pedido si no fuese por su sugerencia y estaba sencillamente brutal (la masa del wrap también casera). Otro de los platos era algo más soso y plano, pero estaba muy bien. Las tartas, una cosa de locos!!! Mucho mejor de lo que puede parecer en las fotos. Después nos ofrecieron un chupito de limón, jengibre y cúrcuma (sin alcohol), fuerte, a mí personalmente me ha flipado. Mis dieces. Si vuelvo a Córcega, que me ha parecido un país maravilloso, volveré a este local.

My fiancé and I, keen plant based folks, visited Mille et une saveurs sauvages restaurant for lunch every day while we were in Corsica. This was our favourite part of Corsica! The food was delicious, generous serving sizes and full of colourful local produce. The flavours were immense, it’s clear the chef understands how to pair foods to enhance the flavours, and assemble beautiful looking dishes. We worked our way through as much of the menu as we could and it was all so delicious, including the desserts and baked goods. The owners were lovely and welcoming each day and the restaurant had a warm and intimate feel. Would absolutely recommend a visit! Merci Beaucoup!

This was the best culinary experience I had in Ajaccio as a vegan. The food was so good and hearty, and you could really taste that it was home made. Our waiter was super friendly and attentive as well. Would recommend the pie with peanuts or the vegetable steak - sooo good 🫶🏻🫶🏻 If you're in Ajaccio, you really need to try out this place. Try booking in advance as it quickly fills up 🥰

Das Restaurant liegt versteckt in einer Seitengasse. Einfach so läuft man nicht daran vorbei. Das Menü wechselt wöchentlich. Das Essen war eine wohltuende Abwechslung zur tierproduktlastigen Küche sonst auf Korsika. Die Speisen sind liebevoll gekocht & und angerichtet, die Portionen sind grosszügig. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Das erste voll vegane Restaurant, das wir auf Korsika gefunden haben. Super leckere hausgemachte Gerichte. Wir hatten eine Tarte (Lauch und Erdnüsse) mit Gemüse und Salat und ein Reisnudelgericht. Beides sehr sehr lecker. als Nachspeise hatten wir einen Cookie und eine Erdbeer/Himbeer Creme. Ebenfalls ein Traum. Der Kaffee für den Espresso wurde frisch gemahnt. Bester Espresso in Korsika bisher. Zusätzlich hab’s noch einen kostenlosen Ingwer Shot für jeden. Dieser war sehr scharf, aber ebenfalls lecker und hat richtig wach gemacht.
