Surprise 3 Course Vegan Lunch in Rural France

Stumbled upon this restaurant on our day trip to Foix and could not have been happier. We ordered a 3 course lunch ( starter, main and dessert) and not only were all three VEGAN (a super surprise for me having been travelling in France for a month!) but they were also delicious! The owner/chef is vegetarian and thus offers some great options which are vegan or can be made vegan with ease. Their aubergine mix was devine as was their rice milk pana cotta with rose flavouring . We both enjoyed our meals very much and were almost sad to finish! The service was very warm and friendly and suffice to say, we loved it

Pros: Understands Veganism , Friendly Service , Excellent

Cons: Dishes of the day will vary , No/ Limited English
