Excellent Food

I walked into this place wanting curry chickpeas cause you typically can’t go wrong with those. The owner was the only one there and didn’t have any ready (we went soon after they opened) so he offered the vegan peeper steak. I was a bit hesitant cause I have a thing with textures. He assured me that I wouldn’t be disappointed and he was not wrong!

The pepper steak was made fresh. He loaded the plate with rice and peas and cabbage and grilled/sautéed corn which was an excellent and surprising addition. I teased him and told him I was going to bring it back if it wasn’t food so he asked me to try it at the counter.

Yall the food was so good. Fresh and prepared with so much love and intention. What a treat!

Go here. You definitely won’t regret it.
