Vegetarian Solyanka

10 1/2 cup water
1 cup mushrooms
1 cup salted mushrooms
7/8 cup white cabbage
7/8 cup sauerkraut
1 carrot
2 onions
2 pickles
2 tomatoes
1 spoon tomato paste
Vegetable oil
Parsley root
Parsley greens
1/2 of a lemon
1/2 cup sour cream
Black Pepper Peas


Chop fresh cabbage. Stew together with chopped tomatoes, chopped onions and sauerkraut in vegetable oil.

Bring the water to a boil. Add fresh mushrooms, carrots, and parsley root, cut into strips.

After 10 minutes, add stewed vegetables, chopped salted mushrooms, pickled cucumbers (peeled and cut), spices to taste and cook for another 15 minutes.

Garnish with sour cream and lemon juice.
