Sweet Qunioa

Ingredients:

1/2 cup quinoa
1/4 cup dried fruit (like dates, raisins, sultanas, apricots)
1/2 package mushroom
2 cup spinach
Italian seasoning

Instructions:

Prepare quinoa to instructions on package.

Once quinoa is finished cooking, add dried fruit into the pot and put a lid on top.

Sauté mushrooms and spinach. Sprinkle seasonings to taste.

Number Servings: 2

Time to prepare: 25 min
